Default run ISO files from computer

Hi there,
I have downloaded an iso file and it is 3 GB. I do not have a DVD
burner. Is there a way I could run the program without burning it onto
a CD or DVD, straight from my computer???
Any suggestions.

Any virtual drive utility will do this. Daemon Tools is popular.
