I tried that, but it won't let me. I can add files to the project,
but when I try to burn it, it says "Please insert a blank disc"
and refuses to use the DVD+RW.

Plextor tech support tells me that they ARE able to add files in
the exact same situation. I asked them what software are you
using? They said EZCDDVD Creator Classic, just like me. I asked
what version? They replied 6.2.0.134 SP2. I have 6.1.1.7, which is
the latest update that Roxio has posted on their Web site.

So thank you, Roxio, for not posting updates to your bug filled
software.
