Bad and Good from Dell

Last week I ordered an XPS 600 via outlet.

After it shipped I ordered two 2405 flat panels to go with it,
and to sync deliveries I paid $47 for 2nd day. When I got the
tracking numbers the monitors had been sent ground. That is the
bad.

The good is that I called Customer Service, and in less than 5
minutes had a credit for the $47.

Luckily the system came with a DVI to VGA adapter, and I have been
able to get started configuring the system with a 12 year old 17"
CRT.
