Default 2 SDRAM not working together

Hi All,

Can anyone help me for the following problem.

I've 2 SDRAM of 256MB each. Totals to 512MB. But suddenly it is just
accepting only 256MB. I'm not getting why?

I've tried putting single SDRAM in both slots one by one. both RAM and
Slots are working properly.

is there any BIOS config? I'm not able to find anything in BIOS.

what could be other problem?

Thank you all.
