Default Format of "Enterprise" drives

As I look for a reliable 4TB drive to replace some older drives in an
older machine (SB850 controller), I see that some, especially Seagate,
come in a variety of formats: 4Kn, 512e, 512n. Which of these would work
in that machine? -- presumably NOT the 4Kn, but maybe I'm wrong about that.

Which of the 512x formats is used in drives that do not say what format
they used, e.g., most of the NAS and the Desktop drives?

Nope, but I'm pretty sure all hardware and OS/file systems have been
able to handle 4k disks for many years.
