Default Should I be concerned about this old Seagate SATA 320 GB HDD with itsspin retry counts?

Hi again.

My newly installed HD Tune v2.55 (still valid from 2008?) showed a
yellow highlighted line for "(0A) Spin Retry Count" row in my old
Seagate SATA ST3320620AS HDD. So, I ran GSmartControl v0.8.7 in my
updated 64-bit W7 HPE SP1 box to look around:

smartctl 5.43 2012-06-30 r3573 [i686-w64-mingw32-win7(64)-sp1] (sf-5.43-1)

After scanning selected spans, do NOT read-scan remainder of disk.

I will run an extended self-test overnight/later since it would take a
couple hours to complete. Thank you in advance.
