how to get more copies out a hp laserjet iii

hi,

a little problem how to get more copies from hp laserjet iii

i want to multiply a document from word 1 pag. in klet say 40 the same
on my hp is that possible ???

if i tell word to make 40 copies there is a memory problem (hp has 1mb
memory)

if i tell hp laserjet to copie=40 i still get 1 copy. by test print i
get 40

what do i wrong ????
