Default HP 8250 loads a lot of programs at startup

This software is loading a lot at startup and taking a great
deal of memory.

I'm trying to figure out which programs are essential to be
loaded and which can be removed from startup. It isn't
clear to me what each of them does. Does anyone know?

hpqst08.exe
hpqtra08.exe
hpzipm12.exe

Thanks.

Louise
