Smart doctor is reporting

"VGA's voltage is out of safe bound. Motherboard doesn't supply
reliable 1.5 voltage. Contact with its manufacture for help."

Should I be concerned? Also sometimes the card will go out of
distortion (slant picture view). reboot cures it. the card is only 4mo
old.

In the BIOS, there is a setting "AGP VDDQ Voltage" which can
be set to 1.5, 1.6, 1.7, 1.8V. Normally 1.5V should be enough.
Check to see what it is set to. Perhaps AI NOS is automatically
setting the AGP voltage to 1.8V or something. Disable AI NOS
and see if the problem goes away.

Also, see what voltages Speedfan (almico.com) reports. The W83627EHF
monitor chip has Vcore and four other voltages as arbitrary
inputs. The BIOS screen only shows Vcore, 3.3, 5.0, 12V readings,
which means one measurement rail value is missing. Perhaps
Speedfan will show more of the voltages. There are seven voltage
inputs, two are boring, leaving Vcore and four others as the
interesting ones.
