Default Spaces replaced by underscores

This used to work, but for some reason when I create a data/iso disc the
filenames are converted to all upper case and spaces are replaced by
underscores.

Can anyone tell me what I need to change on Nero 5.x so that files are
written in mixed, long filename format again? Thanks in advance.

In New Compilation, ISO tab, check:

Joliet
ISO Level 2
Mode 1
ISO 9660
