ATI?AMD HD Radion Drivers
It looks like the 10.11 driver version has improved things a bit!
Crysis has far fewer problems at the maximum settings Cinibench Works properly, after having problems with various 10.xx driver versions and the car chase.

It also looked like Microsoft's development software and documentation might be part of the problem.
