You go to where the right, skilled labor pool is located, that can build a competitive product for the largest market, i.e., the US, is willing to pay. It might not create jobs in the computer industry that helps build or maintains jobs in other sectors that depends on use of computers. This is a lot more than a mere $500M investment and vital to the symbiotic chain of macro-economics.

demanding breaks for coffee, cigarettes, web browsing etc. Just because those indians have the nerve to work for less and get specialty training so they can scoop up jobs without costing their employers tons in training time and budget. Damnit - they should at least give free processors to each american for just being an american! What the hell - don't these companies understand that this country was built on community property, industry for the good of the government (oh wait that's communism)...
