Having some hanging issues when doing something on disk
Recently started noticing that whenever I do something like create a new
file folder or sometimes even start a program, Windows 10 just hangs. While looking at if anything is busy during this time, CPU utilization seems normal and low, and disk activity is also normal and low. I can't seem to find any reason for these hang ups. I can still do other stuff while it's busy doing this. Is there somewhere in the Windows 10 event viewer logs that I can look at to see what's going on? This machine used to run Windows 7, and it now run Windows 10, and it never had these issues under 7. Yousuf Khan
