Default PqRP partition problem

I have a PQRP problem with my hard disk.

I had 3 partitions

Part. 1(Primary) | Part. 2.(Primary) | Part. 3(logical)
(Win Me) (Win Me)

I was trying to resize Part. 1& 2 using Partition Magic 7.0 to
have a larger Part 3. While resizing Part. 2 PM crashed and when I
restarted I couldn’t see anything. So I used PM Emergency Boot Disks
and saw the Type is PQRP and used Ptedit to change to FAT32 but still
I can’t access the partition. Part 1 and 3 are OK and I can access
them.

I read a number of posts. So I decided to change the type back to PqRP
and run Svend Olaf’s “findpart” utility. Here are the output files
