91.47's Suck
I notice this new control panel in the new 91.47 drivers from Nvidia is
HORRIBLE. It takes forever to load, parts of the new control panel flicker in and out, and worst of all, the OVERLAY settings dont stay put! I set the Video Overlay gamma to 0, but when you reopen the control panel, the Gamma reverts to -8, which isn't event supposed to be allowed (0 is supposed to be the lowest). I can use the old contol panel, but there are still a few video playback problems. This new control panel is the poorest performing, most buggy driver set I've ever seen from Nvidia. |

91.47's Suck
I have seen the new control panel as well and I agree it's 99.9% horrible.
It does have some nice temperature readings but those should be integrated into the old style control panel ! Bye, Skybuck. |

Not realizing the control panel is separate from the actual drivers, per se, and that you can use the classic control panel if you wish also sucks. That said, I do hate the new control panel UI. I haven't had any problems performance wise, with the 91.47's however. The actual drivers work well. RF. |

91.47's Suck
Do the letters beside the sliders flicker and disappear often when you move
any of the sliders on the new Control Panel? It's just so slow and disgusting to use. The new nvidia control panel looks like something written for windows 3.1 and performs like it's on a 386 (I'm using a 7800GT on a nforce 4 sli system with an x2 cpu) "RF" wrote in message news "edde" wrote in message ...
