hell i don`t know what to do.

The 29320R will work on either PCI-X or PCI 2.1/2.2 slots.
Maximum throughput may be throttled to one degree or another
on these older slots, depending on your PCI bus width (32 or
64-bit), speed (33, 66 or 133MHz), how many drives you'll be
running on each channel, and configuration of the drives.

No; PCI is incompatible with PCI-X.

Huh? You're confusing PCI-X with PCI Express.

Answer

Most 64-bit cards are 3.3 and 5 volt which allows them to work in
the older 5.0 volt 32-bit PCI slots. 64-bit PCI cards are backwards
compatible with 32-bit PCI slots. Please see the list of indicated
products above that will work in the older 32-bit 5.0 volt PCI
buses.

The motherboard must be fully PCI 2.1 compliant as well.

There are some postings, where a given 64 bit product, doesn't
appear to fit the socket. Sometimes this is due to an error
when milling the edge card.

That said, there is still the issue of available low memory
for use by an add-in card BIOS. That may affect the ability to
boot from the card.

Getting the card plugged in is only part of the story.

Paul

In addition to the other suggestions, keep in mind the 64-bit part of
the card will hang past the end of the slot - make sure there's no
obstructions on the motherboard in that area that will stop the card
from fitting.
