adaptec 29320
hi ihave got a k8ne-delux
is it possible adaptec 29320a-r will work in this mobo bearing in mind the card is pci-x. im`e getting conflicting reports on this somebody has said yes it will work but you wll get a peformance hit somebody else said no iv`e tried google to no avail its the same again yes it will / no it won`t hell i don`t know what to do. has anyone got this card working on a nomal pci slot? thanks. g7syj/martin |

The 29320R will work on either PCI-X or PCI 2.1/2.2 slots. Maximum throughput may be throttled to one degree or another on these older slots, depending on your PCI bus width (32 or 64-bit), speed (33, 66 or 133MHz), how many drives you'll be running on each channel, and configuration of the drives. |
