Default looking for a cheap NetApp-like solution

I am currently running a full cab full of NetApp, but am looking for a
new solution for a new project.

Ideally, I would like a commercial IDE RAID NAS with Linux/Windows
support.

It must be able to go into a failover mode like a NetApp, hotswap, and
have a decent track record and/or company rep.

Any advice appreciated.
