Dell latitude CPi - Dos mode is not using full LCD screen

I had run some kids CD and laptop hanged. When I rebooted, Text is
displayed very small in the center of the screen, not using full
screen. I think this kids CD changed the screen to small and left it
without changing it back. Now If I go to DOS full screen mode, It
always uses small portion of screen in the center to display text. It
is same while booting also. How can it be changed to use full screen
in DOS mode. Is there in DOS/WINDOWS utility to change it

Try Fn-F7. Look for a function key that is marked "Font"--on my CPiA it's
the F7 key, so to engage it I press the Fn key in conjunction with the F7
key.

That toggles the display between native resolution and full screen. The
full resolution of the 13.3" screen is 1024x768, but a DOS display is only
640x400. Thus, at native resolution a DOS screen will fill only the center
640x400 portion of the screen. The "Font" function key stretches it to
fill the whole screen, albeit with artifacts (blocky text and such).
