Default presario 2100 Z S-video out

Sounds like a TV issue.

Has anyone had any success getting their S-VHS out to play on their TV ?
My TV, although old (General electric 19 inch) does have a S-VHS input

that
I can connect my laptop to with a male/male cable that I bought at radio
shack. I've enabled the tv monitor in the ATI under tab in displays in

the
control panel and I still get no signal to the TV. I've emailed HP

support
who suggested a way to do it but it did not help in any respect.

This may be a TV problem rather than one of the port out, as I can't

find
a way to change the input source on my TV to the S-vhs cable, all I can
chose between is cable/air. To people who have done this successfully do
you have any tricks or tips ?

thanks
