Default Epson CX5200 Won't Print with New Epson Cartridges

Hi,

My in-laws have an Epson CX5200. They got the message that they couldn't
print because the ink was too low, so they replaced ALL cartridges, with
genuine Epson cartridges.

After 4 nozzle cleanings, and sitting overnight, the blue doesn't print,
and the yellow gives a light streak.

Any idea what to do next?

The machine was purchased in Jan. 03. In Oct. 03, Epson sent them a
replacement machine (free, with free shipping) due to a scanner
malfunction. The original warranty has expired; I don't think the warranty
begins to run again with the replacement printer.

Thanks,
Bruce
