Does anyone know of any other good sites where I can see some basic "how to"
videos about various hardware peripherals?

So far I only found this one -- something like this would be great!

Gotcha!!! Thanks for the link. I myself is looking for such presentation also where i can learn more about videos. I'm a student and want to learn more about how to this and that. Anyways, how do you find it?

well, you can try "how stuff works" site. They answer questions from home devices to advance techs. just try to search for its site. I forgot what it is.
