Default My N35 turns on himself

I just bought an N35 Pocket PC. It often, when is turned off, turns on
himself!!! Why this happens?

I have an Acer N50, I keep it in the soft case in my shirt pocket.
It turns on if you press it as the calendar etc buttons activate quite
easily. Could this be your problem?
