Brightness as a text factor, that sounds useful to keep in mind even

with time you've run with Dells, that well may be unacceptability a
dropping-point to consider for likelihood among other offerings.

Between now and the next time I think I need a new monitor, I hope to
see a monitor having "VA" technology pixels (rather than IPS or TN).
Remember the monitor the IBM PC came with? I think there was just
one--possibly in two sizes. Things have changed! : )

So it seems they do. Wasn't a week ago when running into resistance
flat-panels for touch screens, two or three offerings were summed
among advancements at least across marketed offerings. Important, as
I'd think my "generational" handheld in the middle of what's available
for the best possible contrast to brighten and sharpen text. A
"littleness of pages" , 8 or 10 inches on a handhelds, oriented
rectangularity by gravitational sensor, portrait or landscape, and an
operating system's resilience to not so bad a software lineup for
readers. Didn't take long for most of a world of (handheld) readers,
anyway, to reverse 400 years of a printing press, more desirable for
many with software readers able to change white pages into black and
text all about brightest whites. Absolutely no idea how, offhand, or
where that might translate into larger display technology, other than
to seem a possibility.

"In the flesh" copies of the USA Today newspaper are up to $2 a
piece--and worth it too, when you really want one. I used to "deliver"
7 copies of a big city paper to your door for $1.25/week on my bicycle,
before sunup.

When I did it was with a bicycle, sled in winter for waist-high snow,
also up at 4am but finished maybe four hours later. Plain-Jane text
is peachy enough.

The snow (MI) didn't bug me as much as the sub-zero temperatures.
I tried a sled and a wheelbarrow, pushing the bike worked as well as
anything. All, this for a little more than 2 bucks a day, huh!
They called that "learning the value of a dollar..."...lol
Now, folks pay +$5 for a cup of coffee at Starbucks (I haven't been
there yet).

Me, either. Reading of Starbucks' Chinese presence, from few years
back, shortly before Trump came in. China then drank per capita 3
cups a year. Of course Starbucks, for one of their
candbar-in-blender, coffee concoctions was charging also the Chinese
$7/US a cup. Only the younger Chinese, tech oriented with a sense of
trends, or, likely similar to Britain, predominately a residual tea
crowd. Funny thing being, Vietnam is only second now to Brazil for
gross world coffee production.

It's always that way, though, learning value for the young means
venture business will stay in that grove. . .a day eventually comes
when they'll say things like -- 'No, honey, let's not go hang out at
the mall, shopping. Why don't you chill, have a beer, and instead
we'll sit here watching the guys chase a ball on television.'
