Default Read somwhere that the 2600+ runs on the +5v rail?

As I am on a tight budget, I placed a second old psu in my case, this
psu 'only' poweres 2 HD, 1 CDRW, 7 fans. The other cpu powers 'only' the
motherboard. Now I was wondering if my voltages are oke, I noticed the +
5V is still pretty low. These are my voltages under prime's torture test
in aida32:

+3.3v -- +3.36v
+5v -- +4.51v
+12v -- +13.06v
-12v -- -12.91v
-5v -- -4.82

Don't know anything about electronics so maybe this is a very stupid
question but, but can I connect the +5v from the second psu to the
motherboard connector to get it higher?
Are my other voltages normal?
My specs:
2600+ on asus A7N8X-X running 2256Mhz (10.5x216@1,8vcore)
768MB Adata pc3200 vdimm 2.8v
Overclocked Geforce 4 MX 440 128mb 8x

Sorry for the long post.
