That's only to scare the n00bs. ;-) I've been using 7-Zip beta versions
for ages now and never a problem. I've been using this latest alpha
version since it came out and no problems, so far. I use 7-Zip almost
every day to extract files. I can't say if there are any problems
creating 7z or ZIP archives.
