I have had great service from them as well.

Last Thursday my machine stopped working and after a bit of testing looked
like a dead motherboard. Asked by an email for an RMA, got the RMA number
Friday. Posted it Saturday, it arrived Tuesday. Replacment being shipped
back today , Thursday, 1 week from the failure.

With all the bad things that happen with some company's it's good to be able
to post positive news as well.

Funny how one of Britains best computer company's is based in Scandinavia.

Regards

Andy

PS Was it one of the Gainward 4200's with problem capacitors ?

PPS www.over-clock.co.uk go the extra mile as well :-)

Hi all,

I wrote to this group about 2 months ago saying I was having probs with a
graphics card bought from komplett. I returned the card and received a
replacement very quickly (good point number1)

The replacement was also faulty in exactly the same way and i returned

that
asking for a refund (i'd read in various groups/forums that batches of
4200's were bad due to manufacturing processes, not really komplett's
fault).

Now despite the fact that i'd had the cards for over 3 months, Komplett
provided a full refund (although to wrong credit card

Although this IS how it should have gone anyway, many (I think most)
companies would have tried to fob me off with an "Oh, it's ur PC" excuse,

or
a partial refund based on the timescale. So, for their no crap, honest
approach I think Komplett should definitely get a thumbs up.

Well done chaps, an honest company for once.

Bubba.
