Giving away money doesn't make you a good person. But it does make
people tolerate your bad behavior. And if you do a lot of it, you make
it into the history books.

When you have more money than you could spend in 10 lifetimes, giving
half of it away is not much of a sacrifice.

Publish the after-tax REAL COST to Bill and we'll talk about how much
that donation cost YOU and ME to make up that lost tax revenue.

While you're at it, tell me again why XP costs $200 and breaks most of
my existing software?

Instead of Gates donating all that money he should be giving refunds to all
of us that has bought his junk over the years !

Its funny that now he is facing numerous class action suits and court
actions that he has become 'all charitable'. VERY convenient.

Kind of like Satan becoming a church volunteer huh ?

I agree much with that. I have been supporting windows boxes for years and
windows insecurity has caused me a lot of headache. I have had to patch
servers at 4am on a sunday morning as that was the maintenance window for
web sites. I have had to clean up and rescue users data from stupid
spyware crap.

Good One Kevin. :-) Maybe he could also pay some on our Federal
Deficit. :-( Oh well, every dog has their day, even it we may not
personally see it.

That's all well and good, but I suspect that it is all just one
little part of a grand scheme most devious and evil... Check out
this story on Bill from a couple of years ago
