Default How good are Komplett with returns?

I have a Possibly faulty ABIT NF7-S v2.

All the main bits I bought from Komplett. So far I have tested the memory
and I'm willing to test everything but the processor I also bought from
Komplett as that would take too much time with cleaning off thermal compound
and applying it 3 times in total. Will Komplett simply replace the MB and
processor even though I haven't checked if it's functioning (as if
everything else is functioning it's down to either of those two.)?

How fast are they at processing returns?

TIA

Hi dude,

I've recently returned faulty gfx card to Komplett for a refund and they
tested and approved it the same day as it arrived. Excellent service all
round. However, I knew the card was faulty. In your case, it may take a
while longer unless you're willing to test all your parts to find out what's
faulty and what's not. Plus, it'll be a hell of a lot cheaper to return
say, just the CPU to them, than the whole m/board setup

Overall, going by personal experience, i'd say you have little to worry
about
Bubba

P.S. - You don't HAVE to put thermal grease on each time. Just putting the
HS/Fan on should be ok to just test the system with
