Default Problem backing up specified files with Nero express

I need to backup about 6 specified files regularly.

The files are, for example:

\data\folder1\file1
\data\folder2\file2

I added the \data folder then deleted the folders and files I don't
want to back up. I rhwn burned the CD and and saved the selection. All
fine so far.

when I next load the selection, Nero refreshes the filesand adds ALL
files in \data (tells me that xx files have been added)

This doesn't seem to happen all the time...

How can I ensure that Nero just refreshes the selected files?

Thanks
