Default No Boot

Sounds like a memory problem. Download memtest86
and test your memory from DOS;

When I try to boot up in Win 2000 it freezes on startup just after

the
keyboard loads. The blue progress bar stops at about halfway, and

all
activity stops. When booting in Safe Mode I get a quick text list of

drivers
being loaded but that freezes also. When booting from the CD ROM

into
Windows setup, it takes me to the blue setup menu, and begins

loading all
the necessary setup files from the CD ROM, but freezes when it gets

to "Now
Loading Windows Setup". No Service Packs are loaded. I tried the Win

2000
group but no imput Appreciate any help.
Thanks
