Default Epson LX-300+ DMP and stencil paper.

I need to buy a cheap reliable DMP which will often be used to cut
standard stencil paper. 80-column 9-pin will do, and I'm considering
the Epson LX-300+.

What I'd like to know is if this printer will take the standard 9-inch
wide stencil paper. Some 10 years ago, a friend bought an Epson
80-column DMP (I forget the model No.) for the same purpose, but the
said media was too wide to go in. I live in a remote location and will
have to send for the printer from a distant city as no local store has
it in stock.

I've looked at some reviews on the Internet, but can't find the
specific information. With my dial-up connection which often crawls at
0.1 kB/s, it's a laborious process. Can anyone please come up with the
info and/or suggest any other suitable model ?
