Default Are Windows drivers OK or are there drivers on my install CD?

Hi, I know this must have been covered before but I did a major
search, nada.

So, I bought a Liteon CDR drive...it came with a Nero 7 essentials Cd.
The install went fine, I booted up and checked and it was installed
properly. But, always a but, are those Windows drivers all right or do
I have to put that install CD in the other CDrom and do the search for
drivers thing.

You know, someone needs to make these installation ideas easier. For
example, they should say, Windows will install their own drivers,
doesn't say that on any websites, but it does do it itself. I mean,
that would ease the worries of the newer installers who have fears
that they have not got their new device up and running properly.

Anyway, a quick reply would suffice, but it would be nice to know if I
have proceeded accordingly. Thanks for listening and assisting,
psongman

Rest easy. Windows drivers are all you need.
