I thought it was obvious.
ok - after 30 days they will not pay for the postage/collection of the

item
back to them.
They only pay the return postage to you of your replacement/fixed item.

I think the 30 day thing is the limit of time you can receive a cash refund
for defective goods ie if the product dies within 30days it is deemed as
been sold in an unmerchandisable quality and qualifies for cash refunf or
new replacement otherwise past 30 days they can repair good if their duff.
So basically you have less rights after 30days

I thought that period was now 6 months...
