Default video card vibrate

My ati video card is vibrating. Do I need to worry about this quickly? Do
I really need to buy a new video fast?

It does have a fan. And I did clean it from the dust but still vibrates.

Is it a PCI card? Or is it attached with screws, or something? I'd remove
then reseat it.

If that doesn't work, then what else could it be but the fan? The fan has
probably gone out of balance somehow. Maybe there's an insect in there
somewhere, or something chewed off a piece of a blade, or whatever. It
wouldn't take much to throw the fan blades out of balance. To test that
theory, presumably you could unplug the fan briefly (a few seconds) to see
if the vibration stops without harming anything.

I just bought a GEFORCE 4 MX420 video card for about 40.00 including
shipping and handling. And no fan. so no freaky dickey noise to worry
about.
