Default QuickRestore with multiple partitions

Hi all,
I have a Compaq Presario 2122EA with WinXP on a partion and GNU/Linux
on other partitions. Can I use QuickRestore only on the win partition
without destroing Linux one ?

until what I've seen, if you use the emergency quickrecovery disk, it will
restore only partition on drive c: leaving drive d: (system_sav) without
changes.It will use the data from drive D: to do it. If you erase system_sav
partition, you wont be able to use the quickrecovery cd. That's why you
shouldn't use drive D:
