Is it a standard size?

Does Antec make them?

They come in slightly different shapes (some with external fans).

Antec contracts out the manufacturing of power supplies. I
don't see microATX supplies listed as a separate item. But
they may be present in the Antec computer cases sold to
support a microATX sized motherboard. For example, this
microATX computer case might have one.

Um... on the documentation side, is there a real, effective standard for
micro-atx power supplies?

You can go here and look. I'm not skilled enough at putting them
in categories, to really help you.

You might start with this document.

Yes, Intel SFX is real and most designs conform to it. On the other
hand, SFX only makes guidelines and does not require stringent
uniformity the way ATX itself does. So the general shape of SFX psus
tends to be the same, but for exact measurements you need to read the
product specs.
