Default utmost technology

I need to contact Utmost Technology for customer service, and there's
no manual and no number or address on the box. (It's a CD ROM R/W
burner). They don't seem to have an internet site either.

I would greatly appreciate it if someone could give me a contact number
or address or website.

Thanks.

Appears to be a house brand for Circuit City. You can contact your retailer,
but you won't get anywhere.

It's a re-badged drive from another maker, if you post the drive's firmware
version, complete specs, and a detailed explanation of the trouble you're
having, perhaps someone can assist.

In addition to what Dan told you, you *should* be able to find an FCC
(Federal Communications Commission) number on a label on the drive if you're
in the US. That number can be used with the FCC database to identify the
actual manufacturer.
