Default Ancient Compaq Presario CDS 774

I'm the lucky (?) owner of one of these units. AFAIK, it didn't come with a
5.25 floppy installed. But I need to install one to read some 1.2 mb
floppies I have.

I've got a floppy, but I need a mounting kit.

Does anyone know where I might try to find a kit? An antique Compaq club or
antique user group, different newsgroup, whatever. I don't want to leave
the floppy unit floating in the case unless absolutely necessary.

Thanks.

For how long do you intend to use the drive? Just prop it up somewhere on
some plastic if you only need it for a short while. Copy every 1.2MB disk
you have and then put the drive back in the cupboard ;-).

I've already done that, I'd just like to make the drive a permanent
installation. That way it goes with a couple other old but functioning
computers I have.
