hibernation with P4PE, help requested
Is anyone successfully hibernating with winxp and this mobo?
My computer hiberates fine. The only thing is it wakes up all by itself. I go into hibernation using "Start" "turn off computer" and "H" key, or "Turn off computer" and shift key to activate it in the shut down menu. It hibernates fine. After say 20 or 30 minutes, it wakes up out of hibernation all by itself. Fans begin to whir and it starts up. No person or animal is near the PC. I have disabled power management in the bios (1006) and disabled all the "wake-on" options as well. It just won't rermain hibernated more than 30 minutes. Disconnected all network drives as well. any help appreciated, thanks, eric |
