Both versions of nero are giving problems

There's no problem with either version of Nero on this drive. I've used them
both with no issues at all. 5.5.10.54 and 6.3.0.0, as well as with a number of other drives. "xyz" wrote in message ... The problem that we are experiencing is that Nero very often doesn't
recognise the Burner and when it does, it won't seem to finalize the disc after burning. This was when trying to burn a data disc with approx 3.5gig of data. Hi.. I am having the problem of no finalizing.. Nero 6...

Hi... I have sorted my problem.. upgraded to latest nero 6.3. . . . . Burnt
