Default How to copy audio CD to blank CD?

I'm sure I did this a year or so ago...

Could someone please remind me of a fast, no-brainer method to copy a
few audio CDs to blanks? (I have a language set of 3, and need 4
copies of each in a hurry.)

I just tried this using WMP8. I put the original in my CD-R/DVD drive,
T, and the blank in my CD-RW drive, P. I can copy OK to HD. But when I
use File|Copy|'Copy to Audio CD', the drop down list of drives on the
right, under 'Music on Device', doesn't include my CD-RW drive.
(Oddly, it shows only the drives G and H, which represent my CF and SD
card readers I installed recently. Both naturally prompt an error
message from WMP8 about being "...unable to detect any removable media
in your portable device."

I suppose I could do it by copying to HD with WMP8 and then use Nero
to burn them, but surely WMP8 should do it alone?

I don't understand why you simply don't use Nero's "CD Copy" feature. It =
doesn't get any easier than that.

If it's a problem using this method, post back with OS version and Nero =
version.

As Sparker9 mentioned, you are trying to do the hard way when you have
Nero. Use "CD Copy" and it has the bonus of making multiple copies in
succession using the image Nero made with the first copy, thus saving
time. (You can also save the image file for future copying by
unchecking "Delete after copy".)

WMP is more interested in ripping songs FROM a CD than writing them to
one.

As others posted, you can use the standard copy CD functions of your
Nero.

Another suggestions is to use Exact Audio Copy (EAC), which can be found
at:
http://www.exactaudiocopy.de/
EAC uses various techniques to try and get the most bit-perfect copy
possible. Many standard copy programs will just let error correction do
the work, or even let some errors through without being corrected.

The easiest way to use it is to first use 'Action/Copy Image & Create
CUE Sheet' (or click the IMG icon on the left side) to copy it to your
hard drive. To write, use 'Tools/Write CD-R' (or the WRI icon on the left
side), then open up the CUE sheet that was written.

The only 'drawback' to EAC is that it will not copy any CD Extra type
data designed for your computer. In some cases, that might be a blessing.
My car's CD player is picky, and I've had some CD Extra CD's not play on
it. I've used EAC to make plain music-only CD's that work fine.
