New Egg has this drive as an OEM for $1 less than the retail version.
Just what is the difference between the OEM version and the retail? Do
they both come with the "OEM" version of Nero? Is there anything else
in the retail package?

You can snag the retail version for $10 AR at Best Buy this week.

Can multiple rebates be "stacked" like that? The terms imply otherwise:
TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
Limit of one rebate per household or address.....

And I see 52x32x52 for $79.99 - $30 rebate - $20 rebate, which comes out to
$30 from what I can see. Did you perhaps mean:
http://www.bestbuy.com/site/olspage.jsp?id=pcmprd3200050000&skuId=999932000500 00&type=product

$69.99 - $30 - $20 - $10 = $9.99

You are correct. I copied the link direct from

Yes, what that means is that you cannot use any of those rebates more
than once per household or address. Is does not mean you can only use
one rebate per item, especially when those rebates allow copies of UPC
codes.
