Default Have you ever heard this "rumor" before??

Have you ever heard a rumor that after burning a music or data CDR that
you should wait for a period of time (usually like between 5 - 15
minutes) before playing it or reading data (or exposing it to any type
of laser) in order to give the "newly burned" ink dyes time to "settle
in" and "solidify"?

Nope, but I thought after it ejected it was a good idea to push the
drawer back in. what new and exciting way to worry us will they come
up with next?

You could worry about the ink supply running out.
