Which would be a good program these days for cd and dvd recording?
Something like good ol' hotburn or instantcd? I don't like nero and roxio
is too troublesome for me.

Try NTI CD Maker, used to be known as a clone of Easy Coaster Creator
-without- the bugs?

Subject: cannot read files after certain point on directory

Good News!

About 5000 of 20000 files were unreadable on the cd-rw written
by ECDC.

All of the same files were readable on the cd-rw written by
NTI CDMaker!!!

How embarrasing for Roxio.
