Default nero express, How to unrevise file

scenario

Nero express;
backup:
cdX
session 1
\fldrA\fileB
session 2
\fldrC\fileD

scenario at later date

\fldrX\fileB exists, different then other one above but later date

start nero backup with cdX
session 3
nero says 0 to add 0 to delete 1 to revise and lists this second file
\fldrx\fildB

I don't want to revise this file to the cd it isn't the same.
I tried to delete it but that caused it to be removed from the cd
directory when I added other files to the cd.

How do I tell nero I don't want to update or revise that file on the cd
with this later one with the same name but a different file.
