Newbie screams at an 0x80070057

Hello out there!

First let me explane what i am trying to do and give you some insight:

Cam (usb) streams (+-15 frames/sec). I've downloaded WMEncoder 9 series (and
7.1). (only vids, no audio)
Connection speed app. (Kbit/sec): 320 up / 2048 down
OS used: XP pro (corp)

Problem:
Error 0x80070057

I get this error on both my systems...

Firewalls down, Nat is properly figured (on port 8080)

I'm LOST!

Please help me out!
