Mike Richter, were you born with
"Scam Artist" emblazoned on your face?

Mike Richter's "masterpiece" on Packet Writing (ii)
================================================== =

================================================== ==========
Mike Richter (Roxio ****) splattered (6/16/03):

Fixed-length packets are the least reliable and most fragile
format available for CD recording. Use it at your own
(substantial) risk.

Only substantial risk, Slimeball? Why pussyfooting around?
The word is "lethal." Is the word "lethal" no longer in your
vocabulary?

Mike Richter & "Lethal for archiving"

From: Mike Richter
Subject: File Integrity Errors - DirectCD Bug?
Date: 10/15/01

Combining the flaky UDF fixed-length packets with
the tendency of erasables (particularly HS) to forget
is LETHAL for archiving.
----------------------
================================================== ===========

But then when Mikey was shilling for Take Two, supposedly a backup
software, Mikey spewed that it MUST use the supposedly fragile, flaky,
faulty, unreliable packet writing format, and that's for it to work
IDEALLY !!

From: Mike Richter (Acraptec ****)
Subject: A note on Take Two
Date: 9/1/99

For Take Two to work IDEALLY, your drive must support
packet writing and you must have DCD installed...to do it.
=======================

And that necessitated this:

http://www.roxio.com/en/support/t2/t2vhist.html#1.02+
"Because of the tight coupling of Take Two and DirectCD"

Imagine Take Two, supposedly a backup software, is TIGHTLY coupled
to supposedly fragile, flaky, faulty, unreliable packet writing
format !!

And this:

======================
From: Mike Richter (Roxio ****)
Date: 4/18/03

There is no separate DCD product any longer;
it was integrated with ECDC when TakeTwo made that necessary.
======================

Wow! What a Friggin ****!
