Never liked those.

I basically prefer hand written labels using Sharpies to those,
but was wondering if its possible to print on non printable blanks.

Clearly it is possible, just rather slow to dry. Guess thats no big deal.


You're missing the point. If you do this with inkjets, the ink will wind up
inside the next drive that you put the disc in, and looks terrible on the
disc. So you wind up with a ruined disc, and probably ruined hardware as
well.

I used labels for a portable cd player in the car. After a while there
was some crinkling which didn't affect the playback it being a top
loaded device. I replaced with marker written disks. Not as pretty but
no problem either.
I just put in a new radio with cd player. I would never put a labeled
disk in that however good it looked before insertion.
