Default Maximal charge for copies of public domain CD

What is the maximal charge I can ask for a CD if its content is the public
domain.

It has to be "reasonable"?

So is it reasonable to ask for $20 for distribution, marketing and
repackage costs or will the government assess gains as a tax.
