Default Camera recomendation please?

Hi.

If I can find an affordable camera I want one to do the following. Can
anyone advise?

We are having a lot of vandalism localy. I want a camera that is:

1. Small enough not to be obvious.

2. Gives a picture in the dark good enough to recognise faces at about
15 - 20m

3. Can be recorded on the PC using motion activated software. (Which
free(?) software?)

4. Not USB due to cable lengths / limits.

5. Wired is cheaper than wireless. (I have a ADSL router with 3 free
connections.)

6. Will endure outside (under the eaves) fitting.

Used ones are good as the price will be less. Anyone got any good
ideas please? Many thanks.
